MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 8TH FEBRUARY AT 7.30PM IN THE CHURCH ROOM WASP GREEN LANE, OUTWOOD.
PRESENT: Cllrs. Howard (Chair), Baldock, Gosling De Wiggondene-Sheppard and Wyer

The Boundary Commission Review had recommended that the number of District Councillors remain at 42, but that the number of wards will reduce from 20 to 14, with all wards having 3 councillors NOTED

Proposal: Change of use to vehicle storage
Location: Hunters Moon Farm, Woolborough Lane, Outwood
Comment: Inappropriate use of the Green Belt
Proposal: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of three dwellings with associated landscaping and parking
Location: Woolborough Hatch Woolborough Lane, Outwood
Comment: The site was too close to the motorway and would result in cramped plots. It was also in the Green Belt
Proposal: Conversion of an agricultural building to 4 dwellings and associated building works
Location: Cogmans Farm, Cogmans Lane, Outwood
Comment: No objection
Proposal Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning application 2021/2035 (demolition of kennels. Erection of 4 residential dwellings, with an associated parking and landscaping) to allow an additional garage/car port with solar panels to serve home 2 and the addition of solar panels to the approved car port/garage serving homes 3 & 4.
Location: Orchard Farm Kennels, Woolborough Lane, Outwood
Proposal: Application seeking approval of details pursuant to condition 6 (site Development Scheme) of LPA ref: 2021/1285 Planning Inspectorate ref: APP/M3645/W22/3296205 (The development proposed is the use of land as a private gypsy and traveller site consisting of 2 pitches)
Location: Beechfield, Moats Lane, South Nutfield, Redhill
Comment: We don’t feel we can comment on this as the documents could not be accessed online
Proposal: Demolition of agricultural/equestrian building and erection of new dwelling with association access and parking
